Please carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. Click here to view our size chart. If you have issues with the fit once you receive you order, feel free to email us to facilitate an exchange. Full refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items.
Fulfilment/Processing Times
Please allow between 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be shipped. Any product labelled special order will be shipped between 6 to 9 business days since they are shipped from a separate facility.
Shipping Times
Within Canada, orders usually take 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped.
Within the USA, orders usually take 2-8 business days to arrive once shipped.
International orders take 10-20 business days, but can be delayed at the border of the destination country as they go through customs.
Please note shipping time is independent from production time.
The shipping companies we primarily use are Canada Post, USPS and DHL.
The average shipping price for one item is about $12CAD. Orders with multiple items will be approximately $12CAD to $16CAD depending on the weight of the package.
